Awesome family owners and operated company. Perfect for all lumber needs. And Mike it the man when it comes to getting metal for a building. Custom metal orders. Can't beat it and so many color options!! Exceptional service and my custom metal order was done so quickly. Was awesome to get the roof on before the rain came. Highly recommend!

Chris and mike was awesome. Went in cause I ordered the wrong size screws and when they delivered the metal for my roof it was short one stick of w valley metal without hesitation they got me the sheet of metal and I was on my way. They are a mom and pop store that treat there customers with respect. I will always get my materials from them. Thanks guys for everything.

I found exactly what I needed to finish the roof on an outdoor bar and it turned out great. Chris assisted by email, phone, and again at time of purchase. The steel roof panels were cut to exact specifications and completed very quickly. I'll definitely drive the extra miles to get this quality of product and service.

I drive 30 minutes out of my way past a handful of lumber stores every single time to go here. The staff is amazing, the customer service is second to none, and they have the best prices in town. They go above and beyond for their customers! They always ask what I'm building and then let me know what else they have that could work better for less money and if they don't have it they tell me where I can get it. I wish I could give 10 stars, they're the best lumber source in Spokane!
